Audience Declaration – Adult with child/children

✓ You confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian or adult acting in
loco parents.

✓ You will not leave your child unaccompanied or ask the production team to care
for or supervise your child. You will tell your child they must not give anyone or
ask anyone for any personal contact details (including social media details). If
anyone gives or asks your child for personal contact details, then immediately
inform member of the production team. Only generic production contact details
will be provided to you.

✓ You will make sure that your child will observe all procedures and rules and
obey all instructions in force or given by authorised officials in connection with
the management of the Programme and/or the location(s) and fire safety and
security arrangements in those locations and surrounding areas.

✓ You agree to the recording and / or broadcasting of your child’s presence and
irrevocably assign to the Imam Al Hussein Media Group (IAHMG) all rights in
your child’s presence for the IAHMG to use it worldwide in perpetuity in all
media known now or in the future.

✓ The IAHMG will not be liable for any loss or damage to child or your child’s
property unless caused directly by the IAHMG’s negligence.

✓ You understand that no fee will be payable for your child’s presence.

✓ You understand that the IAHMG complies with all provisions of the Data
Protection Act 1998 and that all information held will only be used in connection
with your child’s presence in the Programme.

✓ You agree that, without the Company’s prior written consent, You will not, and
will not permit other third-party individuals and/or companies to take images
and/or videos of the show with or without your child appearing in the images
and/or videos during the recording of the programme.
