The Adhan is the Islamic call to worship, recited by the muezzin at prescribed times of the day. The root of the word is “to listen, to hear, be informed about”. The Adhan is called out by a muezzin five times a day, Calling for worship (salat).

1400 years later those same words are recited to remind mankind that there is a greater truth to this existence and that being is worthy of worship.
